What we built

One system for the whole licensing lifecycle

Integrity Music, based in Nashville, licenses music to organizations around the world. Dozen built them OWLs, a fully customized platform that manages the entire licensing lifecycle in one place: request creation, contract signing, and payment capture.

The process was getting in the way

Before OWLs, licensing was scattered across systems.

Integrity’s licensing was spread across multiple disconnected systems, with far too much of the work done by hand. It was inefficient, hard to track, and it left room for errors. The team spent too much time managing the process instead of serving customers, and clients felt the impact whenever things slowed down. Integrity had explored other vendors and tried stitching together off-the-shelf solutions, but none of them fit the way the business actually works.

Today the team spends far less time tracking emails, contracts, and payments across platforms, and far more time creating value for their clients.
