The system behind the songs
Music licensing, from request to payment
What we built
Integrity Music, based in Nashville, licenses music to organizations around the world. Dozen built them OWLs, a fully customized platform that manages the entire licensing lifecycle in one place: request creation, contract signing, and payment capture.

Integrity’s licensing was spread across multiple disconnected systems, with far too much of the work done by hand. It was inefficient, hard to track, and it left room for errors. The team spent too much time managing the process instead of serving customers, and clients felt the impact whenever things slowed down. Integrity had explored other vendors and tried stitching together off-the-shelf solutions, but none of them fit the way the business actually works.
From the start, Dozen was invested in understanding the business, not just delivering software. They took the time to learn how Integrity works, challenged the team with good questions, and built OWLs around their real processes instead of forcing the business to adapt to the tool. And they kept going: as Integrity’s needs change, Dozen keeps enhancing the system rather than treating the project as finished. Today the team spends far less time tracking emails, contracts, and payments across platforms, and far more time creating value for their clients.

What our clients say
If you just want someone to build software, there are plenty of options. If you want a true partner who takes the time to understand your business, solves the right problems, and keeps improving the solution over time, that is where Dozen stands apart. The technology is excellent, but the collaborative approach is what has made the relationship work.
